Your request for availment constitutes your offer which shall be subject to the terms & conditions as listed below. All the terms & conditions form an Agreement regulating our relationship with regard to use of online transactions.

Defintions:
"Agreement" means the terms and conditions as detailed herein including all schedules, appendices, annexures, Privacy Policy, and will include the references to this Agreement as amended, supplemented, varied or replaced from time to time.

“User"/ "You" means and includes you and/or any person or an entity including using or accessing the services provided on this Site.

"Site" means the online transaction platform owned and operated by Venus Technology Park.

Use of this website:
Please read the following Website Terms and Conditions, which relate to information regarding general use of our website. By using this website, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. From time to time we may change these terms and conditions, and will post revisions on our website. We recommend that you read these terms and conditions regularly. If you purchase a subscription to vtpinfo.net online, you will also be governed by the Terms and conditions relating to course of online subscription to vtpino.net.

Courses and education materials:
We list our generally available courses and education materials in various Catalogs of Education (Catalog) which we publish from time to time. We may add or withdraw courses and education materials at any time without notice

Scheduling classes:
We will specify the dates of public classes. Private or on-site classes will be scheduled by mutual agreement. We may cancel any scheduled class on notice. If we cancel a class for which you have prepaid, we will refund the price you paid.

Prices and payment
Prices for public classes will be those in effect on the date the class begins. Prices include the use of required education materials and machines. They do not include taxes or student travel and living expenses.

Prices for private or on-site classes will be established based on your requirements.

You agree to pay amounts due, including applicable taxes and any late payment fees, as we specify in the invoice.

Prices and payment
Upon receipt of your completed Booking Form we will confirm via email to you that your place has been reserved on the required booking start date for the course you have applied for, within 2 working days of receiving your Booking Form (except holiday periods, when we shall confirm as soon as possible upon our return), together with details of the course booked and the course fees payable by you.

We reserve the right to refuse an application should we consider the course is not suitable for a particular individual.

You have the right to cancel your booking within 15 working days from the date we confirm your booking to you. If you have paid any monies to us then you will be entitled to have this refunded to you if you cancel within this time. This will be refunded to you either by bank transfer or by cheque within 10 working days of the date of cancellation. You can cancel your booking within 15 working days as detailed above either by email or by post, but not by telephone.

After the cancellation period has expired you are required to pay the full course fees either in full or by instalments as agreed.

Accounts and Passwords
Whether you have purchased an online subscription or are a registered user to another part of vtpinfo.net, the details which are registered with us, allow you and only you to be used when on vtpinfo.net for as long as we allow access, or in the case of a subscription for the period of the contract. Personal accounts therefore may not be shared.

Limitation of liability
Circumstances may arise where, because of a default on our part or other liability, you are entitled to recover damages from us. In each such instance, except for the payments referred to in our patent and copyright terms described above, we are liable only for the charges for the class or education material that is the subject of the claim.

This limit also applies to any of our subcontractors. It is the maximum for which we are collectively responsible.
